Semi-flexible cementitious mortar based on acrylic resins for waterproof coatings (paint type).
SikaTop®-144 is a two-component, polymer-modified coating mortar. Designed for use on concrete, mortar and masonry substrates. It is easily applied by brush, roller or spray equipment. This fine-textured, abrasion-resistant coating is used for de-icing salt protection, waterproofing/damp protection and as a decorative coating.
- Excellent adhesion to different construction materials.
- Resistant to weather and saline environment.
- Pre-dosed, that is, the final characteristics and properties of the mixture are controlled.
